Full Automatic button machine (Vibration Disc) Servo motor

Application:

This Machine is applicable to automatic binding of snap button, jeans button, shank button, metal snap button, plastic snap button, white button, sewing button, trouser button, rivet, eyelet button and snap button.

Introduction:

Put the button in 2 corresponding buckets, which will be automatically rotated after startup to fully spread the buttons on the track. The buttons will be automatically moved to the upper/lower mold. lt is driven by electric servo motor and it can have easy binding by step on the pedal switch and it is quite simple. Binding of other buttons can be realized by replacing the accessories.

Safety:

It is driven by servo motor, controlled by PLC and installed with advanced anti-clamp induction device. lf the operator's finger is detected under the mold during operation of this Machine, it will immediately stop operation and automatically recover to the shutdown position, in order to protect the finger.
