The limited:

1.It can not fit into big template board, only work with small piece. The curve and corner turning, which can not beyond 7cm from sewing line to template board edge. Otherwise template board can not turning.

2.The cutting edge to sewing line is fixed with 5mm with this machine.

3.One time only can sewing 1pcs.

Application:

1.Collar, Cuff, Bag cover, Shoulder Loop  2. Sleeve loop, Cuff, Shoulder Banner , Cotton clothing entrance guard.

Advantage:

1.Simple operation, much easier than the big computerized template machine. No need programming the sewing line and input file to computer. Put in the template board with fabric, click the start button. The machine work with sensor and computer and guider on the needle plate, which automatic recognize the curve line, the angle and straight line. It can be setting the slow speed in how many stitch before corner turning on the panel.

2.Machine with cutting knife, with is 5mm from cutting edge to sewing stitch line. The upper is moving knife, doing up and down cutting movement. The cutting edge is very clean.

3.The high speed,the machine works with 3500-4000 rpm,higher speed than the normal big template machine 2500rpm.

4.The knife and machine can work separately.

5.The template board will automatic put out after sewing, no need worker to take it. Time saving.
