Automatic Speed Change Cementing & Folding Machine

USE

This machine is suitable for PVC, PU, leather, artificial leather and 

other materials in leather product industry such as shoes, luggage 

box, mobile phone cases, etc. The machine adopts hot melt adhesive 

to complete gluing and folding automatically. It can also conduct 

insole folding work by changing components.

CHARACTERS

1.  Control panel, melt glue temperature, glue flow, and rubber 

temperature infinitesimal adjustment can be showed in touch 

digital display.

2.  In order to make the entire operation process intelligently controlled, 

a computer chip system is adopted, and the stepping motor controls the 

variation of the inner bend, the straight line and the outer bend.

3.  Glue head is raised automatically. It can conduct automatic cutting for 

inner bend folding. Equipped with double protection for glue exudation 

system, the machine is able to realize automatic glue suction without 

hanging glue.

4.   The adjustment range of folding width is 3mm- 6.5 mm.

5.   It can realize French piping and insole folding by replacing components.

6.   Servo electronic motor realizes automatic positioning which saves 

energy (save power) by 40% (EA-292A)
