Uses and characteristics:

This machine uses a centrifugal fan and a mechanical pig hair roller to operate at the same time to clean and remove the residues on the knitted, wool, and artificial hair brush garments, so that the garments you produce can be quickly and easily brushed before they are packaged. Residues such as short hair, flying hair, and wool thread on the clothes, thus avoiding the traditional manual operation with viscose, greatly reducing labor intensity and production costs, and ensuring the appearance quality of your clothing products and improving you The quality and price of the clothing.

User notice:

1. The brushing machine should be placed horizontally on a solid concrete floor.

2. The safety grounding wire must be firm and reliable.

3. Connect the one-phase one-one-one grounding and 220V AC power supply to test the machine.

4. Press the ON button, the suction fan system starts to work, the brushing machine starts to operate normally, feel whether the tabletop brush has suction, if the suction is weak, please check whether the three-phase power supply is connected incorrectly to make the motor reverse.

5. After the operation, press the OFF button to cut off the power supply.

Instructions：

1. Plug in the power supply 220V AC, normal operation after startup.

2. The required items are brushed back on the brush from front to back.

3. The hair and fluff on the items will be automatically brushed off, and they will be sucked into the suction fan and discharged outside.

Custody transportation and other：

1. The packaged brushing machine should be stored at an ambient temperature of -5℃-35℃.

2. During operation, avoid rain and gravity impact.
