Electric Anti-clamp Safety

Application:

Applicable to automatic binding of snap button, metal snap button, evelet button.

Safety/introduction:

1.  It is driven by servo motor, controlled by PLC and installed with advanced anti-clamp induction device. If the operators finger is detected under the mold during operation of this machine, it will immediately stop operation and automatically recover to the shut down position, in order to protect the finger.

2.  Corresponding vibration disc, which will be automatically rotated after startup to fully spread the buttons on the track. The buttons will be automatically moved to the upper/lower die. It is drive by electric servo motor and it can have easy punching and binding by step on the pedal switch and it is quite simple. The upper and lower die can have opposite movement and good penetration. Binding of other buttons can be realized by replacing the accessories.
