Thin Garment Automatic Packing Machine

Product introduction: 

EA-430 Automatic packing and folding is specially designed for the knit wear factories,can be quickly and high efficently packing the thin material. Worker only need to put in the folding size and put on the clothing flat packing area and the machine will be able to pack clothings automatically in short time, and feeding and threading into a packing bag, the whole process can be reliazed in high speed and saving a lot of workers and timing, fit for all the large production factories. 
 
Application ranges:
1. Bag sealing: manual sealing, which can be fit for the garment with hand tag products
2. Fit for the clothing: T shirt, polo shirts, and jackets, etc for summer light thin material garments
3. non fit for : shiffon or silk fabric garment
4. packing pag: PE/PP/OPP with selfsticky bag ; non good for flat mouth plastic bag , or pillow type of bag
5. if need paper card or moistureproof paper, have to be put manually
 
For the polybag useage: 
It is only fit for various kind of material of envelop type of poly bag, non fit for the plain end plastic bag and bag is sealed up by manual type, not the automatic hot sealing bag 
For the moistureproof paper: 
If need the garment put in the moisture proof garments, workers need put on paper with garment together when put the garment onto the packing macine at the same time, so that the machine will be folding the 
paper with garment together at the same time. 
 
Packing process:
1. Worker input the packing size and also put on the packing bags
2. Put on the garment in the folding area flatly (if long sleeve need put onthe sleed in the proper postion,if need put on the moisture proof paper and can be put on the paper at the same time} 
3. Starting the packing machine, the machine will be starting to left and right folding, small folding, and center folding, automatic open the bag, feed in the bag 
4. Manual put on the hang tag, and using the envelop type bag folding the cap and itself stick tape closing the bag. 
 
Production charateristic 
It can be folding as per the demanded width and length. 
The machine folding mode can be designed as 
1) center folding, 2) pants folding , 3) up clothign folding,
When put on the different size, the machine is intelligent to recognize it and automatically folding the first size and ensure folded size is same and no need to change poly bag. when the machine in second folding stage and can be with hard board and can be support the folded garment looks nicely and neatly
