Two needle postbed pattern sewing machine

Feature:

1. It's been controlled the frontal sewing, back tacking, zero stitch length and rotary needle bar by the program. According to the permutation and combination, it can sew different kind of decoration pattern stitch.

2. It's set more than 60 kinds of pattern for single needle and double needle. The operator can change the pattern by the touching screen and very simple.

3.Three parts compound feed construction can make sure feed smoothly while sewing heavy duty pattern and difficult to move for upper and lower material, even the needle bar is in shaking feed during rotary.

4. With the functions of pneumatic adjusting alternating amount of presser foot instantaneously, thread tension changing quickly, pneumatic presser foot lifting, integrated LED light, free-handle bobbin winder and self-locked stitch length dial. It's equipped with standard 8mm of needle gauge set and pneumatic front halving device.

5.Application : pattern stitch of decoration process for soft furniture, car interior or any three dimension material.
