1.The system is equipped with advanced industrial PCL controller with self-diagnosis functions, providing superior performance with extremely high precision, rapidest reaction time, and the greatest reliability and stability.

2.The machine is capable of performing side and heel-lasting in one single process.

3.The system is equipped with the user-friendly touch control panel with multiple security protection; it is easy to learn and operate, but yet highly secure in preventing unauthorized system alternation.

4.Pincers have both up-pulling forward-pulling functions with two control modes (press control and displacement control); pilling distances for inner and outer sides can be different, with automatic right/left sides swapping function.

5.Pincers and heel band are electronically controlled to the most advantageous positions; the pincers position data are stored in memory with automatic size-grading and left/right swapping function.

6.The position of the last are precisely controlled by definitive displacement mechanism with optical sensors to achieve the highest lasting quality; no manual adjustment is needed for different shoe styles.

7.Parameter of lasting are easily inputted through touch-panel in numeric form; system has huge parameters to external storage device through USB port to meet nearly all kinds of shoe production need.

8.The height of machine is adjustable; control panel and operation buttons are ergonomically designed.
