This machine adopts a single straight needle, a linkage thread take-up system, and a 6-fold horizontal rotary shuttle to form a 301 stitch. It is equipped with upper and lower feeding mechanisms and large interactive alternating presser feet, making the machine's sewing thickness and climbing ability more outstanding. It has strong sewing thickness capability, better layered sewing performance, small stitch length error in forward and reverse sewing, and flat product stitches. The extended head design provides a more spacious operating and turning space. The thread cutting mechanism adopts a hob structure design, with moving and fixed blades specially developed for cutting thick threads. The motor uses a 1000W high-power direct-drive servo system, which starts quickly, stops precisely, reacts sensitively, and is energy-saving and environmentally friendly. The self-winding device eliminates the need for pre-winding, making it simple and convenient. The front end of the head is equipped with an LED light, and the use of an electromagnet thread gripper effectively reduces the occurrence of bird's nest phenomenon.

Meanwhile, this machine adopts a fully automatic oil supply and lubrication system, ensuring smooth operation, low noise, minimal vibration, and convenient maintenance. Equipped with pneumatic presser foot lifting and pneumatic reverse stitching functions, it provides even more convenient operation.

It is particularly suitable for sewing items made of leather, canvas, heavy decorative fabric, and webbing, such as container bags, luggage, seat cushions, tents, and sofas.
