Product Overview:

This model adopts direct drive system; shorten the distance of transportation, with smooth start and quick reaction, provided with the function of quick start and accurate stop, to get excellent sewing effect. With inside bobbin mechanism, users could set the different requirements of sewing craftsmanship on the control panel; it greatly improves the working efficiency. The height, inclination and phase of feed-dog are adjustable. This machine is suitable for sewing general fabrics, such as cotton, woolens, linen and chemical fiber, etc.

EAGLE Special GC8000B  machine head was created using the latest 3D design technology to create structure more precision and smoothly running . the iron casting body very solid and milling and cut by robot center machine to processing all the holes and flat and make the machine runing very smooth and low noise by very good gears and high precision bushing, and thread take up lever using the top quality suppliers as JUKI made in china, the machine head provides the operator with a comfortable work environment. In addition, the machine arm to the needle on the front of the machine head is sufficiently wide to allow easy handling of the sewing material with 280mm working space.

By providing a presser foot with a higher lift(13mm), a lighttouch stitch dial, a throat plate with marker grooves that can be used as guide for seam allowance, and other easy-to-operate functions, the burden on the operator is lightened, and productivity is further increased.

By add the direct drive motor to the upper shaft and making the machine running more quick reaction, and greatly reduce the noise and vibration due to the v belt and pulley connection errors caused, and also energy saving 50% than the previous clutch motor transmission.
