Application:

This Machine is applicable to the identification direction binding of. Metal snap button, eyelet button.

Safety:

It is driven by servo motor, controlled by PLC and installed with advanced finger protection system device. If the operators' finger is detected under the mold during operation of this machine, it will stop immediately operation and automatically return to the shut down position in order to protect the fingers.

Introduction:

Corresponding vibration disc which will be automatically rotated after startup and fully filling up the buttons on the track. It is driven by electric servo motor and it can have easy hole pre-punching and attaching by step on the foot pedal switch and it is easily operate. The upper and lower die moulds have opposite movement and good penetration. Changing different kinds of button can be realized by replacing the certain conversion kits and mechanic parts.
