Full Automatic Button Machine(Trousers button)

Application:

It is suitable for binding the button products of suit pants

Safety:

Pneumatic drive, PLC control, equipped with anti hitter induction device, the safety cover will be lowered before mechanical binding to avoid crushing fingers.

Introduction:

Put the button into the corresponding two vibration discs. When the machine is started, the vibrating disc will be started, and the buttons will be automatically lined up on the track. The buttons will be automatically sent to the upper and lower molds. As long as the foot switch is pressed, the binding can be completed, which is simple and easy to use.
